Budget Dashboard

Accurate budget and invoice controls are of central importance to how JNJ Medical Affairs runs its business. As such, we have built a budget tracking system to keep track of the entire spending of the department for each of its projects. There are keyways JNJ wants to improve these systems to allow for operational efficiencies and continued use! The future state of this program includes, automation of report updates needed to keep the system current and live, aid in manual updating until automation is live, creating a secure housing space on JNJ systems for the program and the updates to live, improvements in data visualizations, integrating cross-functional budgets in the current system, and linking to invoicing data to give an accurate representation of our budget state.
