The 2024-25 L3Harris project used telemetry from the NASA Simulator for Small Satellites (NOS3), available on GitHub.In the 2025-26 the team will take advantage of newly-available data from the European Space Agency (ESA). Students will develop a machine learning model which represents a Day-In-The-Life (DITL) telemetry model of a fictional satellite using the ESA data. Finally, students will train the DITL machine-learning detection model to sense the presence of cyber threats and identify the category and source of a cyber attack.
