The Agriculture Business provides solutions to the Biggest Job on Earth—supporting growers in their mission to feed and sustain the world. Grower needs and behaviors are increasingly diverse, and understanding customer segments is essential for tailoring product offerings, communication strategies, and support services. Specifically, we would like to:
Identify publicly available demographic, behavioral, and geospatial data (e.g.,USDA)to better understand customer personas
uncover patterns in factors that influence customer behavior and preferences (e.g., technology adoption, risk management, and sustainability practices) across regions
*Recommend strategies we can implement to enhance customer engagement and retention
