Leadership at Purdue

Student Life works to find out how students learn and grow at Purdue.  Departments in Student Life like Student Leadership, Engagement and Community along with our partners in other organizations study the impact they are having.  We generate massive amounts of data.  Students participate in our leadership retreats. They act as leaders in student organizations. Sometimes they participate in programs they don’t initially see as leadership development. Think about the massive amount of data produces from student participations. What does all of this data say about our students? What is the impact on our students of participating in leadership programs? Does it impact their grades? Their feeling of belonging? This is what we want you to help us find out.
