PeptideX

Create a query-based database for above (top 5: milk proteins/peptides from human, cow, goat, and two plant protein rice and soy), wherein bioactive peptide sequences, structure, bioactivity, predicted bioactivity is collated. Each entry is hyperlinked to literature reference or computational reference.

NOTE: This scope of this project is one of the challenging TDM projects.

Due to the nature of the project scope students with strong backgrounds in AI, CS, DS, Bioinformatics, Chemistry, Biology are preferred.
