(PFW) Production Line Scheduling

Project Description:

From ingot to finished product, steel undergoes a sequential series of operations - including heating, rolling, cutting, straightening, heat treating, peeling, testing, and inspection. Valbruna Stainless would like to develop a scheduling system that enables them to plan and prioritize each of these steps based on factors such as demand, customer orders, due dates, and material availability. This system should also determine the optimal start time for each stage to ensure the entire process meets the required completion date.
