AstraZeneca has an active business need to centralize and optimize digital tools within our Supply Chain operations. Students will be expected to develop a comprehensive solution that maps the Supply Chain flow and integrates various digital tools primarily using Power BI. This project will involve linking digital solutions into the flow and enhancing usage reporting. Additionally, students will create new standards for tool integration and centralization. They will also develop a strategic plan for potentially expanding the tool's deployment across additional sites in the future.
